The kids say so many cute things that I sometimes forget to record them.

Last week at Vacation Bible School, Lindsay's room had a young "helper" for the teacher named Annie. Lindsay was very enamored with Annie and told me all about her the first day. She said, "Annie is so pretty! Annie is so nice! Annie is like 10 or 11 - she is SO OLD!"

On Monday (Brandon's actual birthday), we went to a local toy store to spend a $15 gift card he received from one of his friends at his party (It burned a hole in his pocket for 2 whole days! Brandon is not known for saving his money). As we crossed the street in the parking lot, I was fumbling with my keys and sunglasses so I said, "Hold hands with each other while you cross the street." Brandon grabbed Lindsay's hand and they marched across carefully. Then Brandon says, "Man, I MUST be getting bigger - Lindsay's hand feels tiny!"
