Feminists, Beware!

As kids will do, Brandon and Lindsay will sometimes say that they are going to marry one of their playmates. I always say that they will probably meet who they are going to marry in college.
So, today Lindsay asks me, "Is college only for where you meet who you are going to marry?" and I said, "No, you go to school to learn what you want to be when you grow up like a doctor or a teacher." Lindsay says very wistfully, "I really want to be a fairy when I grow up. Will college teach me to be a fairy?"
At least she got the idea that college is for meeting a husband out of her head! We'll work on the fairy thing later!
